Contracting Party
Your subscription contract will be fulfilled by The Collector Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under registered number 556748. The Collector Limited and www.thebookcollector.co.uk are the "Site". Please read this section carefully as it contains the legal terms and conditions that you agree to when you use our Site.
Purpose of the Site
The primary purpose of the Site is to receive subscriptions to The Book Collector. It also informs you which back issues we have for sale and provides you with digital copies of the journal together with the means of accessing its Archive.
Availability of the Site
We have taken every care in the preparation of the Site. However, as certain technical matters may be beyond our control, we cannot guarantee that you will have uninterrupted access to the Site at all times.
When the subscription contract is formed
We do not accept subscriptions for less than one year.
You can place your subscription order either on-line or by post or by telephone. When your order has been accepted by us a binding contract exists.
All orders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by your payment card issuer. If we do not accept your order and your credit/debit card has already been debited, we will refund your card in full immediately.
Delivery
We publish in March, June, September and December. We will deliver the issues to the address you notify to us, by airmail where appropriate. Delivery may be delayed by matters outwith our control including but not restricted to war, failure of transport infrastructures, government actions, labour disputes and Acts of God.
We will accept claims for missing issues up to three months after publication.
Use of Personal Information
We will use the personal and transactional information that you supply to us for no other purpose than to fulfil your subscription. It is, however, your responsibility to ensure the security of your own credit/ debit card details to avoid unauthorised use.

Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law all warranties (express or implied) in respect of the Site and the content of and the use of the same by third parties are excluded.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
